MAINTENANCE PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the EZ Plumbing Maintenance Plan (“Membership”). By enrolling, the customer (“Member”) will agree to the following: Membership Term & Billing The EZ Plumbing Maintenance Plan is a 12-month membership commitment. Membership may be paid annually in advance or monthly. A valid credit or debit card is required and must be kept on file for recurring billing. Memberships automatically renew at the end of each 12-month term unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below. EZ Plumbing Solutions reserves the right to adjust pricing or plan details at renewal. Members will be notified in advance of any changes. Cancellation Policy Memberships may be canceled with at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the renewal date. Because this is a 12-month commitment, early cancellation does not relieve payment obligations for the current term. No refunds or prorated credits are provided for unused portions of the membership or unused benefits. Property Coverage Membership benefits apply only to the single service address listed at enrollment. Memberships may cover owner-occupied or rental properties, but each property requires its own membership. Discounts are available for multiple properties. Benefits are non-transferable. Reduced Trip Charge Members receive a reduced trip charge, currently approximately 50% off EZ Plumbing Solutions’ standard trip charge. Trip charge pricing may change in the future. The discount will continue to reflect approximately 50% off the standard trip charge in effect at the time of service. Reduced trip charge applies to standard service visits during regular business hours. After-hours, emergency, or specialty services may carry different fees. Annual 50-Point Plumbing Health Check Membership includes one annual 50-point plumbing inspection, completed during a scheduled maintenance visit. The inspection covers readily accessible plumbing components only, including but not limited to: Visible supply and drain piping Faucets, fixtures, and shut-off valves Toilets and visible seals Water heater connections and visible components Sump pump operation (if accessible) Inspection does not include: Opening walls, ceilings, or floors Camera inspections unless otherwise noted Underground piping Sewer or septic systems beyond visible access points The inspection is informational only and does not guarantee the absence of future plumbing issues. Service & Repair Discounts Members receive 10% off standard service and repair work. Discount applies to labor and materials provided by EZ Plumbing Solutions during active membership. Discount does not apply to remodel work, new construction, or third-party services. Discounts apply only while the membership is active and in good standing. Equipment Installation Discount Members receive 5% off qualifying equipment installations, including like-for-like replacements. Discount applies to equipment and labor provided by EZ Plumbing Solutions. Discount does not apply to remodels, system redesigns, or new construction projects. Preventive Drain Cleaning Discount Members receive 20% off one scheduled, preventive drain cleaning per membership year. This discount applies only to future, scheduled maintenance drain cleaning. Discount does not apply to emergency, same-day, or reactive drain cleaning services. Preventive drain cleaning must be scheduled during regular business hours. Water Heater Maintenance Membership includes one annual standard tank water heater flush. For tankless water heaters, Members may receive a discounted tankless descaling service in place of a flush. Water heater maintenance is available only for water heaters less than six (6) years old, unless the unit has been serviced annually. Additional repairs, parts, or corrective work are not included and will be quoted separately. Priority Scheduling Members receive priority scheduling, meaning preferred appointment windows when available. Priority scheduling does not guarantee same-day service, emergency response, or after-hours availability. All scheduling is subject to availability and existing workload. Member-Only Promotions Members may receive access to exclusive promotions or special offers throughout the year. Promotions are optional, limited-time, and subject to availability. Member-only promotions may be announced via email, text message, or EZ Plumbing Solutions’ social media channels. General Conditions Membership benefits do not roll over if unused during the membership term. EZ Plumbing Solutions reserves the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, code violations, or situations outside the scope of standard plumbing service. EZ Plumbing Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Maintenance Plan with notice to Members.
