Journeyman Plumber
Remodel/New Construction
EZ Plumbing Solutions is seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber with strong skills in remodel and new construction plumbing. In this role, you’ll handle complex projects that often require creative problem-solving, adaptation to existing structures, and minimal supervision. While remodel and new construction work will be your primary focus, great customer service and the ability to do service work is required. This position is ideal for someone who is highly skilled, dependable, and committed to delivering top-quality workmanship to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead plumbing installations, repairs, and modifications for residential and light commercial remodel projects, ensuring minimal disruption to existing structures.

Troubleshoot and solve plumbing challenges in older or unique building layouts.

Perform installation and maintenance of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and sump pumps.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.

Ensure all plumbing work complies with local and state codes and regulations.

Maintain clear communication with customers, general contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:

Valid Journeyman Plumbing License in the State of Wisconsin is required

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 3 years of experience (can include apprenticeship), with a strong focus on remodel and new construction work

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish

Solid problem-solving skills, especially in adapting to older plumbing systems and challenging layouts

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
